Specific terms and conditions
Includes: Fully equipped accommodation, bed linen and towels, water, electricity, Final cleaning, air conditioning( if it is in the house)and special time of the year
And the maintenance and cleaning of pools and gardens.
Does not include: Extra beds, cots, baby chairs, extra cleaning
Services, admission of pets, administrative expenses and cancellation insurance, which is
Optional but strongly recommended.
To be made via credit card, bank transfer or cash.
These payments are not refundable if you do not have cancellation insurance
1cest payment, 25% on confirmation of the booking
2nd payment, 50% 8 weeks (60 days) before arrival
3rd payment, 25% in cash on arrival in the office.
In case of making a booking 8 weeks (60 days) before arrival, payments shall be distributed
As follows: 50% at confirmation of booking via bank transfer or creditcard and 50 %% on
Arrival in the office.
Clients may contract a cancellation guarantee for 4 % of the price of the booking, which
Covers any possible cancellations due to causes of force majeure (work layoff, accident, illness
Or death). In any case, the cancellation must be made via certified post. Depending on the
Date of reception of the notification, and depending on the time remaining until the start of the
Rental period, we will proceed to reimburse the amounts paid in advance as follows:
More than 60 days before the start date: 70% of the amount paid in advance.
60 to 29 days before the start date: 50% of the amount paid in advance
28 to 7 days before the start date: 10% of the amount paid in advance.
Cancellations up to 7 days before the date of entry: 0% of the amount paid in advance.
- Entering the accommodation
Clients must arrive at the agency Monday to Sunday* between 4pm and 8pm. If it is not possible for

- Leaving the accommodation
Clients must leave the accommodation before 10am, leaving it in the same state as they found

- Guarantee deposit
On receiving the keys, clients will leave a deposit of €500 to €1000, depending on the type of
Home. This amount will be used as a guarantee of the proper use of the home, the

Except in cases of non-compliance with our terms and conditions.
Clients must notify the agency of any problems in the home within the first 48 hours of stay,

- Final cleaning
Final cleaning is mandatory and will be paid for in cash at the time the keys are handed over.
This amount will be specified in the booking form.
- Additional facilities
Extra bed €85 per week plus VAT
Extra cod €25 per week plus VAT
Extra baby chair €25 per weekplus VAT
Pets €50 per booking on demandplus VAT
Supplementary cleaning €15 per hour + vat
- Conditions of use
The maximum capacity of the home must be respected. If clients fail to do so, Villa Altea Lettings S.L.
Reserves the right to cancel the contract immediately. Children are considered as full adults.
Pets are not allowed except in certain cases.
Rubbish shall be deposited in bags in the containers nearest to you for your use.
Gas. Clients should notify us when the supply has finished in order for us to provide you with a
Replacement as quickly as possible.
Noise. Clients should not make excessive noise after midnight.
Water is a scarce resource. Please help us not to waste it.
- Non-compliance with the leaving conditions and conditions of use will lead to the
loss of the guarantee deposit.
