Lowest Price Guarantee for Vacation Homes

To ensure that you pay the lowest price for your vacation home, villa, or apartment, we offer our Price Guarantee. If you see the same house or apartment on the same booking channel with the same conditions at a lower rate after booking, please contact us within 24 hours of your booking. We will then apply the cheaper rate to your booking.

Price Guarantee Terms and Conditions

• To be eligible for our Price Guarantee, you must contact us via email within 24 hours of making your booking. Your email must include your name, your reservation number, and the website where the lower rate was found. Emails with incomplete or inaccurate information will not be processed.
• The Price Guarantee does not apply to bookings where the reservation date is the same as the arrival date.
• The Price Guarantee only applies to a lower rate that is bookable online. The lower rate must be available to book at the time we assess your claim, within 24 hours. Screenshots are not valid proof.
• The lower price must be found online for the same vacation home with the same arrival and departure dates and the same booking conditions must apply. The lower price must be in the same currency.
• This guarantee does not apply to cancelled bookings and bookings that are not used (no-shows).
• If your claim for the Price Guarantee is not honored because it does not meet these conditions, the reservation terms, including the cancellation policy, will remain in effect.
